
邵杭,男,1993年10月生,汉族,山东威海人,中共党员,工学博士,讲师,硕士生导师,青岛大学青年卓越人才。2025年博士毕业于南京理工大学计算机科学与技术专业,依托模式识别与智能系统国家重点学科;2021年硕士毕业于上海理工大学控制科学与工程专业。博士期间,曾任阿布扎比穆罕默德·本·扎耶德人工智能大学机器学习系助理研究员;曾获IJCAI-RePSS国际挑战赛亚军、南京浦芯精英奖。2025年加入青岛大学澳彩投注平台智能科学与技术系。以第一/通讯作者在IEEE TNNLS、TCSVT、TIM、CVPR、IJCAI、Pattern Recognition、EAAI等国际学术期刊和会议上发表论文10余篇,担任IEEE TIP、TNNLS、TMM、TCSVT、TFS、JBHI等顶级期刊审稿人。
